Frost & Associates, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of attorneys Robert Hamilton and Robert Owings to the firm. Between both attorneys, they bring extensive knowledge in the practice area of estate planning and administration, securities fraud and tax matters.
Prior to joining the firm Robert Hamilton was the managing attorney of the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic at MidPenn Legal Services in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. While at MidPenn, Robert assisted clients in resolving their federal and state income tax debt, and provided representation in IRS audits and appeals. Robert also practiced law as an associate for two Harrisburg area law firms, where he specialized in estate planning and administration, tax planning and preparation, bankruptcy and real estate law.
Robert Owings joined Frost & Associates, LLC as an attorney in the Securities, Estate Planning, and Tax practice areas. He has an extensive background in securities, estate planning, and trust arenas. He spent more than ten years in the securities industry as a financial advisor, as well as a manager. During that time, he built an extensive knowledge base regarding the rules and regulations of the securities industry. Additionally, he spent several years in the estate and trust field. He has in depth experience in the administration of trusts, as well as estate planning.
